FGI Chronicle Issue 01
June–August 2026
A quarterly record of the evolving inquiry, publications, and explorations of Feel Good Infinity.
Beginning the Chronicle
Feel Good Infinity is an independent applied research initiative exploring human potential through the relationship between inner understanding and outer living.
The FGI website was launched on 30th May 2026 to bring different expressions of this inquiry into one freely accessible space. All publications of FGI may appear in different forms, but they are not separate streams of work. Each explores some dimension of learning, work, life, self-understanding, and human participation.
FGI Chronicles has been created as a quarterly doorway into this evolving body of work.
Rather than expecting readers to follow every publication as it appears, each issue gathers what has unfolded during the quarter, offers a brief orientation to the work, and provides pathways for further exploration.
This first issue also introduces the foundational work that became accessible through the launch of the FGI website.
Overview
The first quarter brought together several years of inquiry, observation, writing, and practical exploration in one interconnected body of work.
It currently includes:
3 books
3 frameworks with use cases
1 research paper
1 research synthesis
1 Research Memoir
21 contemplations
4 insights
7 reflections
3 short stories
These expressions offer different ways to enter the inquiry. Some invite sustained reading. Some provide practical structures. Some begin with everyday experiences. Others create a brief pause through which something familiar may be seen again.
Readers may begin wherever a question, experience, or form of expression naturally connects with them.
Books
The first phase includes three books exploring mistakes, persistence, and appreciation—three familiar parts of human life that may carry dimensions we rarely notice.
Retake: Beyond the Weight of Mistakes - Mistakes often become heavier through the fear, guilt, judgement, and identity that gather around them. Retake explores whether a mistake can become part of continued learning without becoming a lasting burden.
Unbroken: The Natural Flow of Persistence - Persistence is commonly associated with discipline, pressure, and the effort to keep going. Unbroken explores another possibility: that persistence may already be natural to life and may become difficult when its movement is obstructed.
Appreciation: The Unseen Side - Appreciation is often understood as praise, recognition, or acknowledgement. This book looks beyond its visible expressions to explore why genuine effort may remain unseen and what a deeper understanding of appreciation may reveal about human relationships and participation.
All three books are freely accessible for reading and non-commercial sharing.
Frameworks with Use Cases
Three practical frameworks were developed alongside the books. They translate broader understandings into structures that can be used to observe and approach real situations.
Mistake to Retake - A framework for recognising and interrupting the mental and emotional chain reactions that may follow a mistake, allowing clarity and conscious continuation to return.
4R Natural Persistence - A framework for understanding what disrupts natural continuity and how persistence may be recognised, restored, reconnected with, and allowed to flow more sustainably.
Appreciation Gap Identifier - A framework for identifying why sincere effort or meaningful contribution may not be fully experienced, understood, or appreciated by others.
Each framework includes practical use cases demonstrating how it may be applied across life, learning, relationships, and work.
Research
The visible publications emerge from a wider inquiry into human potential.
The research begins with an observation: human life moves inwardly and outwardly at the same time. Outward life includes learning, work, systems, institutions, and visible progress. Inward life includes awareness, clarity, self-understanding, purpose, and responsibility.
Many contemporary systems develop the outward movement extensively while giving considerably less attention to the inward movement. The FGI inquiry explores what may become possible when these movements are understood together.
This foundation is currently expressed through:
Research Paper - Appreciation as Value Becoming Experienceable: A two flow model of value movement
Research Synthesis - Research Synthesis 1: Action, Continuity and Value
Research Memoir - A research memoir (2000 - 2026) tracing how the inquiry gradually unfolded through lived experience
These are not presented as final conclusions. They form part of an open and continuing exploration.
Contemplations
Each contemplation offers a small pause around a recurring dimension of human life. It does not attempt to provide a fixed answer. It creates space to observe an idea, reaction, assumption, or experience more closely. Twenty-one contemplations were made accessible during the first phase:
Insights
FGI Insights examine ideas and observations emerging from the ongoing inquiry into human potential.
Each insight explores what an observation may reveal, why it matters, where it becomes relevant, and how it may be examined in everyday life. The intention is not to establish universal prescriptions, but to support closer observation across the self, relationships, learning, work, and wider life.
Four insights formed part of the first phase of publication:
Reflections
FGI Reflections explore life and human experience through movies, music, literature, artwork, and mantras.
They are neither reviews nor summaries. Each reflection begins with an existing expression and looks more closely at what it may reveal about learning, work, relationships, inner life, or human potential.
Seven reflections were brought together during the first phase:
The Invocation - Beginning Feel Good Infinity Together with Sahna Vavatu Mantra
Hari Bhari Vasundhara Pe Nila Nila Ye Gagan - Where Inner and Outer Meet
The Devil wears prada outward success and the quiet drift within
Lokah Samastaha Sukhino Bhavantu - Let Bliss Pervade All Dimensions of Existence
Short Stories
Short Stories became the newest expression within FGI Publications.
Through fictional situations, familiar human patterns can sometimes be approached without directly explaining or instructing. A story may allow a reader to recognise something quietly, carry a question, or notice an assumption that might otherwise remain hidden.
Three original short stories form the beginning of this collection:
The Monthly Publishing Rhythm
Beginning with this quarter, new FGI content is published every Saturday.
The monthly rhythm brings four different forms of exploration:
1 contemplation
1 insight
1-2 reflections
1 short story
This rhythm creates one new publication each week while allowing sufficient time for every piece to develop with attention.
Readers do not need to follow the sequence or read everything. Each publication can be entered independently according to one’s interest, question, or present context.
Supporting the Continuity of FGI
Feel Good Infinity is an independent initiative, and its research and publications are designed to remain freely accessible without financial barriers.
Those who find value in the work may support its continuity in different ways:
Share relevant publications with individuals, teams, students, educators, or communities
Introduce the work within learning, research, or professional spaces
Explore institutional support, fellowships, sponsorships, or research grants
Offer financial support toward the continuation of the independent research
Contribution need not take one form. Sometimes it may be financial. At other times, it may be an introduction, a thoughtful response, wider distribution, or an opportunity for the work to enter a meaningful context.
Looking Ahead
The next quarter will continue the monthly publishing rhythm while expanding the inquiry through new short stories, insights, reflections, contemplations, and long-form work.
FGI Chronicles will return at the end of the next quarter to gather these developments in one place. Until then, readers are invited to explore freely—beginning not necessarily with what is newest, but with what feels most relevant to their present inquiry.
