About Feel Good Infinity

Feel Good Infinity is an independent applied research initiative exploring the deeper foundations of human potential and the possibility of bringing greater harmony between the inward and outward movements of life.

This work engages with themes such as human potential, self-understanding, learning systems, work ecosystems, and the relationship between inner development and outer progress. It is relevant for students, educators, institutions, researchers, leaders and individuals seeking a deeper foundation for learning, work, and life.

Modern life has expanded human capabilities through science, technology, education, and systems of organization. Yet many individuals continue to experience uncertainty about purpose, fragmentation in learning, tension within work environments, and a growing distance from deeper self-understanding.

This initiative explores how these two movements of life—the outward and the inward—can be understood together, and how they may evolve in balance. It seeks to understand how human life can move with greater clarity across learning, work, life, and self-understanding, while remaining grounded in both inner and outer dimensions.

The Name "Feel Good Infinity"

The name Feel Good Infinity is often misunderstood as something related to temporary positivity or surface-level comfort. That is not the intention.

At a practical level, it points to a simple but essential condition: when the body and mind are steady, clear, and at ease, a person is able to think better, act responsibly, and contribute meaningfully to life.

At a deeper level, the name reflects a dimension of human experience that remains undisturbed beyond changing thoughts, emotions, and situations. It does not depend on circumstances, yet quietly supports everything we do.

The word Infinity represents this continuity—both in the possibility of sustained clarity in everyday life, and in the deeper dimension that is not limited by situations or outcomes.

Together, the name reflects an ongoing exploration into how human beings can live, learn, and work with clarity, in both their outer actions and their inner state.

The name therefore represents not a concept, but a living inquiry into clarity, responsibility, and the possibility of a balanced human life.

Origin of the Inquiry

This inquiry began as a personal exploration into learning, creativity, and the deeper purpose of life. Early interests in music and psychology gradually expanded into broader questions about how individuals develop understanding, direction, and meaning of life.

A significant turning point emerged through an encounter with a practitioner of inner disciplines whose life reflected a rare balance between inner stillness and active participation in the world. This encounter did not offer answers in a conventional sense, but revealed a possibility that it is possible to live with both inner clarity and outer responsibility.

This insight led to a long-term commitment to exploring how such balance may be understood and cultivated in everyday life. It marked the beginning of a sustained exploration into human potential, self-mastery, and the integration of inner and outer life.

The Journey Behind the Research

Feel Good Infinity did not begin as a defined project. It emerged through a long unfolding of lived experiences, inquiry, and reflection. The Research Memoir captures this journey—tracing how different dimensions of life gradually came together into a coherent direction of research. It offers context to the work, revealing the depth, continuity, and lived foundation behind the initiative.

The Work

Over time, this inquiry has evolved into long-term independent applied research. The work explores human life across multiple dimensions, including learning, work, life, nature and a deeper inquiry into the self.

It is expressed through two primary pathways:

  1. Research — which explores the foundations, evolution, and synthesis of the inquiry.

  2. Publications — which share the outcomes of the research through books, research papers, frameworks with use cases, and reflections designed for understanding and application.

The work remains open and accessible, allowing individuals, institutions, and communities to engage with it freely. These pathways are designed to support both understanding and real-world application across education, organizations, and individual life journeys.

This work is not affiliated with any institution and is presented as an independent body of research.

Who this Work is for

  • Students and young individuals exploring direction, learning, and self-understanding

  • Educators and institutions rethinking learning and human development

  • Organizations and leaders seeking clarity in work and responsibility

  • Individuals interested in deeper inquiry into life and human potential

The Pioneer

Ekta Bafna is the pioneer of Feel Good Infinity (FGI). With a background in music, psychology, and english, her journey bridges inquiry and application across multiple domains.

FGI is the expression of her ongoing work and inquiry, bringing together research and publications into a unified exploration of human life. Her work is an independent, long-term inquiry into human potential, with a focus on clarity, purpose, and practical application in everyday life.

This work explores the deeper foundations of human potential through an integration of ancient wisdom and modern understanding. This includes research, writing, system design, creative exploration, development of structured frameworks with use cases, books, reflective works, etc.

The work continues as an open inquiry into human potential. The work is open to students, educators, institutions, organizations and individuals across the world.
